About
Farha Noor Rahman is the founder of FNR Law Corporation. An experienced litigator, Farha, excels in courtroom advocacy, ensuring a state of readiness while strategically advancing her clients’ goals. At the same time, she does not treat every dispute as a fight to be won at any cost. In personal legal matters, she believes discussion and negotiation should be explored first, and court should be used strategically — not emotionally.
Farha worked as a trial judge in Bangladesh, where she served for four years specializing in family law and civil law. That experience gives her practical insight into how judges assess evidence, credibility, and legal arguments, and when a matter is ready for court. After moving to Canada, she completed her LL.M. (Common Law) from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at University of British Columbia and has been practising law for several years.
Having been both a judge and a lawyer with a combined experience of 12+ years, she understands the cost, risk, and stress involved in litigation, and works to resolve matters in a way that aligns with her clients’ goals and budget.
